"We reside in a cul-de-sac and it’s very quiet. Neighbors are friendly. Yards are well maintained. The park/swimming area, golf course and water park are all in walking distance. "

"The neighborhood is peaceful, a good amount of kids. The Main Street has more and more traffic so be mindful when walking on Mansfield National. The area is in a growth spurt. Close to Hawaiian Falls and Big League Dreams. No issues from these venues. "

"I started looking for houses several months ago and I was drawn to this neighborhood. I did my research online regarding the crime (minimal) and schools(excellent). I also stopped and talked with residents about the schools and the HOAs and how they felt about the neighborhood. I received consistently positive feedback and was told this was THE place to live and raise a family."
