Ten minuets from the beach, kids ride their bikes to school, guard gated community. 8 club houses, water park, skate park, trails, beautiful landscapes. "

I didn't realize how much living somewhere friendly and family oriented with almost a mid-western close knit feel but a Southern California warmth would matter to me and my family. Great parks, amazing sports facilities, pools and walking trails. Whether you are in the gated community of Covenant Hills or in a condo, the 10 villages that make up this small city of 30k people has something for every family."
