The trees and greenery are beautiful and well maintained and the master planned community has parks and pools, trails though out the communities and villages. The schools and library, waterpark, dog park and clubhouses are located for all to enjoy. "

    "This is a nice community. i have been living here for 9 years and there really isn't anything i can complain about. its quiet at night and there are parks and pools all around for kids to play at. its kid friendly and very safe. there is a pet park at one end of Ladera . amazing fireworks display from the middle park on the Fourth of July. every year there is a community garage sale. i would give it a 9.8 out of 10 only because the parking may be bad if you have a party or something and there are a lot of cars."
