    "Adorable, tucked away, hidden gem on the NW Side. Lots of ethnic restaurants nearby, 18 acre Shabbona Park with huge indoor pool plus lots of kids programs. Way more affordable housing compared to Avondale, Logan Square or Lakeview, and far less congestion. You can actually park your car in front of your house! Lots of shopping nearby; Harlem Irving Plaza (HIP), Brickyard and even an Art Van Furniture. "

There are all types of restaurants nearby, including; Polish, Italian, Thai, Greek, Czech, Ukrainian, German, Cuban, Columbian and Mexican.
