Three bedroom apartment for rent in the lower beach portion area of Playa Del Rey. A stretch of beautiful single family and multi-unit homes just steps away from the beach and Pacific Ocean. Top floor unit with hardwood flooring throughout, large living room with vaulted Open Beam Ceilings leading out to the north-side balcony. Kitchen has granite countertops and service bar. Gas range stove and oven, over the range exhaust fan and ample cabinetry throughout. One bathroom and three standard bedrooms, windows in every room and lots of overhead cabinetry/storage above the closets.
The Bedroom has a door to a huge deck facing the southside!

About the neighborhood: Playa Del Rey is right on the beach (Toes Beach). Playa del Rey Lagoon and children's park/baseball field 2 min walk. Ballona Wetlands Ecological Reserve 5 min walk. Many Mom and Pop eateries, grocery stores large and small, local bars, parks and great schools. Very central to many major freeways and access points (90, 405, and 105 freeways). LMU, Otis College, Playa Vista, Marina Del Rey, El Segundo, Culver City and Westchester all less than a 10 min drive.
