This very spacious 2 bedroom unit comes with a fully updated kitchen with dishwasher, garbage disposal and pantry. Large living room with attached dining room and slider leading out to the private patio. This unit has a spacious master bedroom with full bathroom. Large main bath in hallway and full-size washer/dryer hook ups in unit. (We can add washer/dryer for $50/month additional.) Second bedroom is very spacious and bright. This unit does come with a 1 car garage or assigned carport.
We pay for water, sewer and garbage.

    "I drive government way from Lancaster to Harrison almost daily and Hayden has beautiful,new, and nicely maintained roads. They for some reason didn’t match Coeur d alene’s government way upgrades. As soon as you enter Hayden it drops to one lane with a middle lane full of awkward islands. Traffic is always backed up in Hayden for really no reason other then weird road design. It’s a cute place otherwise. "

Also, We enjoy the wildlife that meander down quiet streets and gather on our lawns. Hayden Meadows is a good school and serves children throughout the Hayden area, most children are transported by bus. Our town is still rural, safe and holds conservative values. Hayden is a wonderful place to grow up and I’ve called it home for last 50 years!"
