Our property at 710 E State St was be renovated during the Summer of 2024. It is an historic 2 story building that is 7 beds and 2 baths structured.

This home comes fully furnished and features all new kitchen, upgraded bathrooms, new flooring and remodeled living and bedroom areas. Enjoy this home's classic charm blended with modern amenities like custom tile baths, LED vanity mirrors, smart lights and digital door access.

The kitchen will feature a full suite of new stainless-steel appliances, wood cabinets, and quartz countertops. Common areas feature new furnishings including wall-mounted flat screen TV and space for living and dining accordingly. Additional Furnishings include a couch, dining room table and chairs or kitchen counter seating, full size bed frame and mattress, desks and desk chair, and closet and dressers or large armoire in each bedroom.

Unbelievable location right next to Cornell and Downtown. Walk to the Law School or West Campus in just a few minutes. Easy access to College town, Downtown Ithaca, and East Hill.

This property has access to the laundry room in our building next door and off-street parking is available.

    "I've lived in the area for 13 years. I've lived in Northeast Ithaca specifically for 5 years. Northeast Ithaca is very competitive as far as buying a home. The people are great and Northeast Elementary including the Ithaca City School District is beyond amazing. Northeast Ithaca is close to Cornell University. There are many reasons why homes in in Northeast Ithaca are in high demand."
