This second floor 3 bedroom is a must see! The spacious living room offers plenty of natural light, creating a bright and inviting space. The kitchen has lots of cabinet storage and room for a small dining table. Just off the kitchen is a large, covered porch, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee. The bathroom features a full-size tub, vanity storage, and washer/dryer hookups. Parking is available for two cars.
Two of the bedrooms are located off the kitchen and each has closet storage. The spacious primary bedroom is located off the living room and features closet storage and beautiful bay windows.

Resident responsible for: Electric (GMP), propane heat, snow removal, and cable/wifi (if desired)

Pet-friendly! Cats and dogs are welcome, and small caged animals may be considered. Vet records and references required. Refundable pet deposit is $250 for one pet or $500 for multiple, plus $25/month per pet. Dogs must be met prior to approval.
