"There's no parking! Its hard to find one if you find one it will be illegal parking and tomorrow you'll going pick it up at towing company you're going to pay almost $400 and if you can't get it ASAP you'll pay $400 more "

"Burien Transit Center gets me in and out of Pioneer Square in 25-30 minutes. Lots of options to get around. Driving i consider Burien ideal as we have 509 and 519 easily accessible."

"There is a dog park by the hospital. It’s very small though. Make sure you leash your dogs, and keep them inside or in a fenced yard. Lot of missing dogs in the area. "

"It's easy to get anywhere from here, the burien transit center is just a few blocks away and you can either bus or walk to anywhere around town for anything you need. Close to downtown Seattle, Southcenter, and Seatac airport. Neighbors are generally friendly and its overall a convenient place to live for me."

"Multi-cultural. Multi-income. Lots and lots of restaurants. Fantastic parks department and lots of community festivals. Beautiful views of Puget Sound and Mt Rainier. Excellent grocery store selection. Pretty quiet, but close to downtown Seattle."
