"Nice area. Predominantly quite but can get loud at times. Have to live with the noise from aircraft departing and arriving; otherwise it's a well located area with excellent access to public transit and stores."

"Most of the time Children are walking down the street in pairs or more. This is good to see. Parents need to understand how necessary it is for children to be safe. Additionally, Parents also need to take the time on teaching kids how to safely ride their bikes and scooters; the correct side of the street to ride on; procedures for riding around pedestrians walking down the street, etc. This not only helps keep their kids safe, also prevents incidents where children, pedestrians, and/or autos have altercations in which someone could get hurt. "Lots of space. But not any BIG parks for them to run around in, which sucks. They always have to be on a leash "
