  • Karinavietzke
"Lots of speeding cars but all in all, it’s an ok neighborhood to live in. I am 29 and went to Beverly park, and loved the school. Have a niece there now that loves it too. "
  • Tara M. J.
"There’s a Vietnamese Catholic Church in the neighborhood that has a lot of events, plays, music, potlucks etc. that they invite the neighborhood to."
  • Ericka S. L.
"The international airport is close. It is un incorporated so 4 of July is a real Bang! If you listen you can hear airplanes often and look you can see the city and the transfer-station! There are fruit trees and golf courses and lots of big homes. It’s really beautiful."
  • Michelle L.
"This is not a safe place to raise a family. Your kids will regularly be exposed to drugs and drug addicts, gangs and gang violence, gang tyranny, and gang looting. Your cars will be broken into regularly, and don’t ever leave your doors unlocked. Don’t walk around at night, les you get harassed by transients or the police. Do not move to this crime-ridden area if you care about your possessions, children, or life!!"
