"Dogs are common. Lack of sidewalks in most of the area. People are good about picking up after dogs. Skunk Hollow Park nearby allows dogs off leash. "

"It's a nice neighborhood. Safe to walk a dogs whenever. There is a dog park in the area as well. There is also a walk/bike/run trail too. On my street one of the residents has mailboxes that have dog treats in them for anyone to take walking by with their dog. "

PA 422, I 476 aka Blue Route) are less than 10 minutes away, great dining/ bar options (downtown Wayne, KoP), public transportation (Septa R5 light rail), award winning schools and parks, the West Wayne Civic Association."
