"The Reynolds Corners neighborhood is a great neighborhood with sidewalks to take walks on, and for kids to ride bikes. Everyone is very friendly when engaged, but mainly keep to themselves, unless approached. All of the houses and yards are well maintained, and the neighborhood is relatively quiet and peaceful. There is a train line that runs right next to the neighborhood, and depending on which side of the street/neighborhood you live in, you may have a train directly behind your home, as I do. However, it is rarely bothersome, as you get very used to the trains coming and going, and eventually they become almost an almost peaceful white noise to fall asleep to at night."

"This neighborhood has working class families that work hard for their homes. Entering the neighborhood, families take care of their yards and make extra efforts to take pride in their homes. There were a few unoccupied homes and its been a target for investors to flip homes, meaning houses are being fixed up to attract buyers. Talking to friends who live in the area, they enjoy moving to this part of town. There are sidewalks throughout the neighborhood, people seem to be respectful of each other. I've seen the elderly walking their dogs or strolling around, kids playing basketball in the street and giving way to passing vehicles. It is close to Westfield Franklin park, Swan Creek MetroPark and Wildwood Metropark. Nearby restaurants would be Korea Na, Mango Tree, Indian Star, Wei Wei Chinese, City Hall, La Scola, TGI Fridays, Reynolds Garden just to name the ones off the top of my head. As I am writing this, I know that Toledo has seen an average of 22% drop in crime since last year. It would seem, as the economy is getting better, so will this part of Toledo. As I started, this is a part of town with hard working people really want their money to provide a good life in Toledo."
