"this neighborhood is mostly very friendly but you still have to watch out and take safe measurements keep an eye on your kids just because it is a very busy area and it is a lot of cross streets as long as use your common sense and watch out for your neighbors as they'd watch out for you everything should be good and you should enjoy your experience and living in this"

"None they don’t have any neighborhood gatherings at all so I’m not sure. It’s just peaceful and nice to live. I’ve been staying over here for two years and i haven’t had any problems yet the only thing is rent prices keep going up"

"It’s not a terrible neighborhood, it’s safe. People don’t tend to bug you. It’s in tps but there are lots of charter schools in the area that are good. "

"My neighborhood has great access to public transportation. The commute by car to downtown Toledo is 20 minutes, to downtown Maumee is 5 minutes & to downtown Perrysburg is 10 minutes."

"This area is very nice and quiet. Tree lined streets with all underground utilities. Nice neighbors, close to grocery and churches. There is a mix of all ages with a very strong community watch program which helps keep problems at bay. "
