  • Karim Outlaw
"Greenville unfortunately is the forgotten district of Jersey City because the mayor loves to focus on east district (downtown) and north district (heights). Even the policing is different."
  • Trulia User

"Being a dog owner in my neighborhood there's a few dog parks that you can take your dog too. As well as dog daycare centers so if you need a dog sitter or other etc you are looking a great area if you're interested in this area. Very close to schools and public transportation terminals which is a great thing as well, then there's just great housing overall."
  • Trulia User
"I love it. I’ve lived here my whole life. I went to grammar school and high school in this Greenville area. It has gotten even better throughout the years and it continues to grow and to excel with time. I recommend my Greenville area to raise your family or to just enjoy the area and atmosphere. I’ve lived here for over 30 years and have no reason to move any time soon. "
  • Trulia User
"Laico’s is great and the only saving grace of the neighborhood. Parking is terrible and neighbors are very disrespectful "
  • Trulia User
"Ppl are mean and rude around this neighborhood. It’s just not safe to walk your dog unless you live closer to downtown."
  • Trulia User
"There is a lot of poop everywhere when walking on the grass. Grass is not well maintained. There are no safe local parks to which one could walk a dog. You're dog will be an indoors dog. "
  • Trulia User
"East commute to Brooklyn daily. I love the commute times. That’s about it. The neighborhood has a lot of crack epidemic and I do not trust that my packages will get delivered without a hassle ."

"Neighbors are very friendly, every time they see you say hello. It’s family block so no projects around only private houses, streets are quite during the day."
  • Lilyve
"Nothing. Barely any parking, most dog walkers don't pick up after their dogs, always out of state cars parked everyday taking up spots"
  • Tony
"Not a bad neighborhood. Princeton Avenue is the best kept secret. A great place to raise a family. Also try to get a home on Princeton Ave, it’s close to the Light Rail. "
