    "Theyโ€™d like to see other neighbors walking their pets. Neighbors donโ€™t usually talk to each other and thereโ€™s very few patches of grass for dogs to walk on. Iโ€™m in Barclay and parson and thatโ€™s how it is here. There are other parts of Flushing which are real nice and better maintained. All in all I feel safe in flushing, more so than most other parts of New York. So you will enjoy walking your pet peacefully. Also there are barely any rats. In 3 years Iโ€™ve only come across four at most here in flushing and I walk everyday. Do you donโ€™t have to worry about your pet getting a disease that way. Beware though of the endless spits everywhere. Itโ€™s gross "
