Welcome to 27 E 7th St Apartment 3B. Located in a secured entrance building in the heart of Chester Pa, this apartment has easy access to all major highways, shopping and entertainment. Located on the third floor, the apartment offers a small mudroom as you enter the space. To the left is the kitchen that is compact and efficient. The living room is spacious and has access to the fire escape as well as extra storage with 2 closets. The smaller of the 2 bedroom is located next to the living and shares closet space with 2 more hallway closets. The primary bedroom is located at the back of the unit and has loads of natural light. The full bath is features tile surround and flooring and located at the end of the hallway. The entire unit has Luxury Vinyl Flooring for a modern feel and easy clean up. Tenant pays all utilities including a $100 utility reimbursement fee for water, sewer and trash. All applicants must complete an online application and background check (cost is $35 and non refundable), including providing two months of proof of income.
