3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageLet me start off by telling how this school is a joke even the staff at this school. My daughter got sexual assaulted by a boy in 7th grade and they just let slid under the rug. Now is in 8th grade and the same boy sexual assaulted her again. I asked then what they are going to do this time about what happened to my daughter! The said the boy is going to get Quants equances and they both will sign Agreement that they won't look at each other and can't be around each other. But just last Wednesday by daughter got dragged by the same boy across the grass. She has bruises on her butt and starches on her back from him. But once again the staff can say that this boy is get big quantities equances. This boy is still at the school.. would you want your kids going to this school? And just to let you know this school got a 2.1 stars..Parent Review11mo ago - Thornton High School

4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageHonestly I've had so many issues in this school for the last 2 years they won't consider bullying as bullying unless it's a classic form of bullying The staff members, outside of the teachers, like to harass the parents of poor standings but will let the higher standing parents do whatever they want Park wherever they want however long they want as long as you show up in a Mercedes-Benz or nicer they'll treat you with respectParent Review1y ago - Century Middle School

4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageFirst of all, my student/kid for dress coded for wearing sweat pants/pj pants and they made her wear this very tiny short shorts that half her butt was showing. It was a cold day and she couldn't so nothing about it. This is not a good punishment for nothing, its sweat pants not pants with guns, or drugs on them. This is not good for students at all, and even the learning. She was a top student at other schools even won rewards and yet she is failing and keeps letting violations.Parent Review6mo ago - Check out schools near 2200 E 104th Ave #FAJS1T.

"It’s a dangerous place. Gunshots, helicopters, SWAT teams, high people in the park, police raids every weekend. "

"A lot of dog owners and everyone is good at keeping their dog on leash or in their yard. There are cats that live in the neighborhood and none of the dogs have attacked or harmed any of them in the 2 years I’ve been here. "

"Easy trails, small creek and lots of green parks with mature trees. Very peaceful yet plenty of young fun families that like to be outdoors. "

"Dog owners are everywhere! Very friendly, most people pick up after their dogs. Very few off leash. "
- Thomas Greene

"They would like the walkability and the access to all of the different parks and resources. They would also love how dog friendly mostly everywhere is. However, they would not like the amount of dog waste that is left in some places (left unattended, it prevents other dogs from wanting to “go potty” in those areas)"

"I used to love this neighborhood, but it has gone downhill the past couple of years. If I had children, I would not feel comfortable letting them play in the front yard due to cars consistently driving over the speed limit. "

"It’s very welcoming community, is the city, so you’re going to find that trash bins in your alleyway sometimes, however, the sense of family in the community is strong. Parents play with their kids in the park, people will gather for outdoor activities, jog, play with their dogs. For me, it’s a perfect blend. Just outside the mischief, but close enough when you need it."
