" Neighborhood garage sale days, lots of Christmas cheer with lights, decorations. Halloween is great for the kids here. Park, disc golf course, dog park, and trails all in walking distance. Lots of grocery options, good restaurants, pharmacy, and hospitals under 5 minutes away. Plus Interquest area is very close and tons of new dining and shopping there "

"Food trucks are the only thing lately. Could use a better rec center in this neighborhood. Also the lake needs revising. Many issues with not being able to get to the water. "

"Community fencing doesn’t allow privacy so dogs who bark or jump high will be difficult to have. Only wore fencing allowed along the split rails. "

"Great family location and more “up-scale” not super stuffy tho. Pain to get anywhere south or downtown with less than a 20 minute drive. Definitely worth the little more in price "

"Totally a car city. Briargate is a planned residential community near to the Air Force Academy. 20 minutes to downtown, but Colorado Springs is a very long city along the mountains. I would not live here if you work at Peterson or Ft Carson. "

"Movies in the park, parks within walking distance, shopping close by, no traffic. Building a 11 acre recreation lake for residents. There is also a recreation center with a pool and splash pad, business center, and plenty of trails to hike. Neighborhood is very quiet and safe. It’s an award winning neighborhood. "
