"I work as a teacher for the city and really love my job. The kids are great. This area is great for walking downtown. The park/dog park is right down the street--we take an evening stroller ride around it each night. We are apart of the historic district community and really enjoy the meetings, Christmas home tour, and safety program. We've lived in this area for a few years and have never had any problems. The majority of renters on this street work at the hospital or attend Jefferson College--very nice people. The landlord keeps the apartments clean and lovely. We have really enjoyed living in the beautiful historic district. "
