"Historic Gainsboro is absolutely GORGEOUS! We OWN here and its one of the best places close to downtown. Ignore the negative comments. Those of us who live on Gilmer (East of 5th ST) LOVE it. "

"My office is just over a mile away by car. It takes me about 10 minutes to get there in traffic. I could walk home if I got in a crunch. "

"Gunshots, people standing in the middle of the street like they are selling drugs, half the houses on this street are abandoned real estate properties overcharge twice as much to live in this neighborhood. They barely clean the place before you move in. Mostly on street parking. Close to city for work but I wouldn't live here. 410 is actually abandoned Noone has lived there over a year."
