What's it like to live in Black Pearl?

Black Pearl is a good neighborhood to buy a home in for those who prefer a calm atmosphere. There are a few parks nearby for residents to check out and they are very well-situated, making it easy to get to them. This area is also reasonably quiet, as there isn't a lot of street noise or city clamor - although there are still several noisier sections, especially near the railway line.

What kinds of homes are available in Black Pearl?

In Black Pearl, about 30% of buildings are single detached homes, while the remainder are mainly large apartment buildings, small apartment buildings, and duplexes. Most of the housing growth in this neighborhood occurred prior to the 1960s. This neighborhood offers mainly two bedroom and one bedroom homes.
