"For the past 3 years I've lived in the part of Holly Grove north of Airline and east of Old Metairie. It's a lovely, quiet neighborhood with a diverse population. Not everyone has kids, but those of us who do feel comfortable with them playing outside until dark and visiting each others' houses. "

"Halloween the kids did a flash mob of thriller! My neighbor owns the sno ball shop. My other neighbor owns the corner store. We all know each other and look out. Also occasional barbecues"

"This area of Of my neighborhood is quiet and most of the families have lived in their homes for over 20years. Most of the people are friendly and communicate with their everyone on their block. We have low crime and few activities. My family has been in the neighborhood over 40 years. "
