"The neighborhood goes all out for Halloween. The happening areas are near enough to walk to. There are a lot of trees lining the streets, and it’s great for jogging."

"Rossmoyne is a wonderful area to have and walk a dog. However, there are many coyotes around so you must be aware and carful too. "

"Not only parents also pet owners. There are a lot of cayoties living around here make sure to use leash for the dogs and be careful of kids if you have a back yard. "

"I lived here for 2 years. Very clean area with nice neighbors. Spacious living and safe feeling. Police always patrol around the area too and you feel good knowing they are around "

"Great parks,purple walking all day and evening, lots of dogs, nice ethnic mix of residents, eclectic houses, no two the same,very safe, friendly neighbors, close to freeways, downtown,laid back, high level of home maintenance, mature trees everywhere "

"I've lived in this neighborhood for almost a decade. I have great neighbors, we watch out for each other and every one is friendly. I often walk the neighborhood at night and have never felt unsafe. I walk to the grocery store, downtown, to the post office, to the park, to restaurants, etc. Everyone is friendly and greets each other. I like the fact that the neighborhood is very eclectic, diverse, quiet, and everyone maintains their homes and lawns and gardens. I have had numerous wild animals in my yard, including coyotes, deer, raccoons, a lynx, and opossum, but have never been concerned. It's a great place!"

"Has gotten worse over the last 3-4 years. No accessible metro train to Hollywood and Beverly Hills. So seems public transportation is available to downtown la commuters."
