"During Halloween, we will decorate our house and take our kids out to do trick or treating. Kids feel save to go outside at night in this area."
  • Jiaya C.
"I have live here for three years. I really like the parks and the shops surrounding my house. It is warmer than most areas in San Francisco."
  • Ejojola
"Quiet and close to public transportation. Near by streets are Mission street and Alemany ave. so people are able to transport onto the freeway."
  • Cam R.
"can walk dogs around the neighborhood. a lot of people do. its quiet in the afternoon and mornings even nights"
  • Lnheddinger
"Close to all major transit (muni, Bart, buses). Relatively safe neighborhood and close to police station "
  • Suede45
"Having lived in San Francisco since 1969 and in Mission (Geneva) Terrace since 1995 I have watched this little neighborhood blossom from "outer Siberia" to a hot location for families. The density of parks and schools, the fantastic transportation options and the family friendly streets offer fantastic value for the buyer's investment. My wife and I have vowed to never sell our San Francisco pied a terre after traveling the world and seeing how people really live in big cities. Our little 1.25 block long street is filled with third generation families who are descendants of the original owners. I think my grandson will live here one day. "
