"I’ve lived here for less than a year. It seems to be pretty peaceful and quiet on most days. No recent near by crimes. I’ve literally seen neighbors with their door open late at night. I don’t ever recommend that but they’ve been here longer than me. It shows their level of comfort. There is a third party security guard whom periodically patrols the area throughout the day and evening time. If you’re looking for something temporary it’s a pretty decent neighborhood but the homes are pretty outdated. "

"I love where I live! I am close to everything, except for the far south and west sides. I am conveniently located near plenty of shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. The Sky Sox stadium is only 10 minutes, as well as mini putting, golf courses, and movie theaters.
