5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageSand Creek High School and District 49 does not support kids with disabilities and when they are too much trouble, they just remove them rather than dealing with their disabilities. My son was in Foster Care since he was 6 months old. He was abused, neglected, and moved to over 72 different foster care homes over his life. The school was informed of his disabilities and did nothing to accommodate him. "I have participated in any events in this community. I have really talked to my neighbors but I would trust them to help me in a pickle. They act and look like well respected people. I feel very safe in the neighborhood. This is such a nice part of town and is close to work for me. I have lived in a couple neighborhoods off powers and continue to live here. There are also a few parks pretty close one less than .2 miles. They have swings cooking equipment and basketball. I do not live here with a family but if I had a family this would be an excellent place to raise them. "

"Sidewalks everywhere, close to shops and main roads but you can’t feel it in your neighborhood. Clean, low crime, and established family neighborhoods. Home values grow comfortably and it’s always quiet!! "

"unknown... haven't attended any meetings to find out if they even have any. HOA addition, older people, nobody ever out, minimal amount of contact, and strict rules. Don't recommend for families with children. Haven't seen any in neighborhood. "

"I don’t commute! I work 2.5 miles from my home. There are a lot of accidents on Woodmen and Powers. The traffic can be slow at typical rush hours. All in all not too bad."
