"Plenty of places to walk them, all different types of terrain. Roads are not well paved for snow, however. But in general, very dog friendly."

"Long but worth it. Definitely a bit out of the way but I love it cause the interstate is close as well as Powers, making any commute pretty quick."

"The area is growing which means there is a lot of traffic, in the past year there have been at least four or five very nice apartments complexes that were built. Please be watchful of your children. There are a couple of movie theaters, recreational parks, churches, restaurants. "

"This area provides easy access to many amenities, yet allows for many outdoor opportunities. Great parks, running trails, road system in a newer part of Colorado Springs. Easy access to the Air Force Academy and the trail system that runs into Colorado Springs. Great schools that are newer and have excellent opportunities. "

"Living here is just right. The neighborhood is safe and family friendly. The streets are wide and clean, and the homes are well built. The HOA dues are very reasonable compared to other nearby areas. We are strategically positioned to have easy access to I-25, the Air Force Academy, Monument shopping and amenities, as well as the Chapel Hills Mall . You'll love it here. Come see for yourself! "
