What Locals Say about Downtown
- James G.
- Resident

"There is an ACE train station so commuters can take the train to work in the Bay Area and bypass a lot of traffic. There's also an RTD bus transit center where you can catch many buses that go around Stockton, outside of Stockton, and even as far as Dublin BART station in the Bay Area."

"Wouldn’t recommend living downtown unless you absolutely have no other choice. The neighborhoods are nice but the crime and drug activity it really bad."
- Susan B.

"people love dumpster diving activity 24 hours of the day every day of the week hookers stand on the corner the train drives by every 5 minutes blaring the horn"
