Description

Built in the 1930s, Highland Village Apartments offers a prime metropolitan location with a small town feel. Peaceful, scenic & historic, people often say our property is like a beautiful park tucked away in the middle of St. Paul. From the outside, Highland Village Apartments is distinguished by arched copper entryways, red brick with climbing ivy, and Spanish clay-tile roofs, all held beneath the canopy of towering 70 year old trees. Inside our historic apartments, you'll find polished oak floors, all-wood French pane windows, and generous floor space. Our three-story walk-up design means your entryway is shared by only five neighbors, and all apartments have private front and back doors. The courtyards behind every building provide beautiful views from the apartments and give residents plenty of space to enjoy the outdoors during nice weather. You'll frequently see neighbors grilling, playing Frisbee, or reading on a blanket in the Minnesota sun.

Highland Village Apartment's management is on-site and always ready to help, and the office is open six days a week to address any questions or concerns. We have a professional, full-time maintenance staff, painters, groundskeepers, and someone on call 24 hours every day of the year.

"I've lived in this neighborhood for three years and love it. Folks are friendly and it's easy to walk most places. Rent is a bit high, but it's a sought after area, so that makes sense. Lots of big trees line the streets and they change beautifully throughout the seasons!"

"Excellent location in the Twin Cities. Great public transit, walk to dozens of shops, etc., 7 minutes drive to MSP airport, good sense of community."

"Pros: Beautiful neighborhood. Upper end housing stock. Multiple parks in the area. Golf course, disc golf, fishing nearby, walking paths, great area for pets, safe and secure. Cons: Very few quality restaurants, bars, or shopping. No retail within 8 blocks. Highland Park is a great neighborhood. It could be the next 50th and France but the vision for upscale shopping and dining just isn't there yet. "
