Community Description
Three new home collections at Arras Park, located in Thornton, Colorado.
These are healthier homes, inside and out; available in three differing shapes and sizes to meet the needs of today's multi-generational buyers. Smart and open townhomes that grow from two to three stories. Single-family homes that live large (and are large) and stay connected throughout the woven tapestry of trails, parks and gathering areas. We like to say these are new homes that live in a park. You'll see they're just that, and a lot more.
These are new homes that live in a park.
The place we call home?makes us feel connected. Connected to the fabric of our busy lives, our memories and our memories yet to come. The place we call home elevates our spirit and make us feel part of something? something real?something woven into who we are.
Parks, trails, and playgrounds are woven throughout the community. And its location at the southwest corner of 104th and Steele Street in Thornton makes Arras Park the perfect place to connect to everything important to you.

"People are friendly, and it’s a safe place to live. People are out walking their dogs a lot. It’s relatively quiet and pretty peaceful around here. Streets are well lit, and sidewalks/roads are in good shape."

"It’s quiet regardless of how many cars there are it’s peaceful, no loud music just crickets and birds. It’s as if the entire neighborhood is problay full of elderly hence why there are no loud noises not even at night. You may hear a car burn out if your outside from afar but that’s bout it. I see no other reason not to live here. I haven’t heard of any robins or killings in the area or gunshots, and no people using illegal drugs either."

"A gazillion miles away from anything. There's transit but the routes are awful. The neighbors seem friendly, but are extremely stand off-ish when it comes to newbies in the community. Otherwise it's a cute community. "

"Trunk or Treat for Halloween. Thornton Fest in early summer. 4th of July fireworks show which is very unique. Pirate Fest in early autumn, at Webster Lake. Numerous Xmas lights all over the place, most notably, what my family has dubbed "The Box House", on Pecos St, just north of 100th. Numerous fireworks shows all over for New Year's. "
