"The VRHOA always coordinates activities throughout the year for families, adults only, and kids only within the Vista Ridge community. On an annual basis Erie support the Erie Balloon Festival, Fourth of July fireworks, community breakfast, and a host of other events that are family friendly. "

"Lots of walking paths, space for dogs to run around and lots of wild grass to sniff. Quiet area, but there are coyotes so beware with small dogs. "

"Short 10 min drive. Depending on time of day. Some conveniences are within walking distance. It would help if the city tried to bring some more small business in rather than depending on rooftops for a tax base. "

"I work from home, travel. 35-45 min to DIA on the tollway. Commuting to Boulder or Denver is bad. Traffic is bad at all hours."

"We have lots of trails, open space and doggie stations. You need to be careful and watch your Pete’s. We had coyote problems in the past. The problem has been taken care of for now. "

" This is safe small Historical Old Town Erie, kids can ride around on trails In old town they can ride or walk to downtown get ice cream go to the park, small town. New housing area I'm not as sure about. Trails connect to many new areas."

"Quiet area with a bit of nature and yet your really not to far from a bigger town and shopping. Occasionally you can hear a distant hum of the dacono race track but it's not very often. "
