Community Description
Three new home collections at Arras Park, located in Thornton, Colorado.
These are healthier homes, inside and out; available in three differing shapes and sizes to meet the needs of today's multi-generational buyers. Smart and open townhomes that grow from two to three stories. Single-family homes that live large (and are large) and stay connected throughout the woven tapestry of trails, parks and gathering areas. We like to say these are new homes that live in a park. You'll see they're just that, and a lot more.
These are new homes that live in a park.
The place we call home?makes us feel connected. Connected to the fabric of our busy lives, our memories and our memories yet to come. The place we call home elevates our spirit and make us feel part of something? something real?something woven into who we are.
Parks, trails, and playgrounds are woven throughout the community. And its location at the southwest corner of 104th and Steele Street in Thornton makes Arras Park the perfect place to connect to everything important to you.

What Locals Say about Denver
- Stella Gelesh
- Resident

"It’s a dangerous place. Gunshots, helicopters, SWAT teams, high people in the park, police raids every weekend. "
- Rob Kancilia

"My commute to downtown Denver is short and easy. Lowry is very conveniently located to both central Denver and DIA"

"A lot of dog owners and everyone is good at keeping their dog on leash or in their yard. There are cats that live in the neighborhood and none of the dogs have attacked or harmed any of them in the 2 years I’ve been here. "
- Sara Beldt

"Easy trails, small creek and lots of green parks with mature trees. Very peaceful yet plenty of young fun families that like to be outdoors. "
- Goombao

"Dog owners are everywhere! Very friendly, most people pick up after their dogs. Very few off leash. "
- Thomas Greene
- Resident

"They would like the walkability and the access to all of the different parks and resources. They would also love how dog friendly mostly everywhere is. However, they would not like the amount of dog waste that is left in some places (left unattended, it prevents other dogs from wanting to “go potty” in those areas)"

"Lots of people walking their dogs, everyone is friendly. Nice trails and parks nearby. Forty plus years in this area. "

"I used to love this neighborhood, but it has gone downhill the past couple of years. If I had children, I would not feel comfortable letting them play in the front yard due to cars consistently driving over the speed limit. "
- Trulia User

"Many dogs in the area but plenty of safe areas to walk and parks to visit. Most owners are friendly and respectful. "

"Community events, block parties, volleyball in the park, fishing, Trick or treating around the neighborhood, School events, Neighborhood get togethers."
- Trulia User

"I have no idea because I don’t have a dog It would probably be best to talk to somebody who has a dog in the neighborhood"

"the homeless come through often but there are nice playgrounds. it's not a dangerous neighborhood but petty theft is a thing from the homeless."

"I ride my bicycle to work. Denver drivers drive too fast, but the narrow streets and decent bike lanes make it work okay."

"This neighborhood is a lot of apartment complex's. There is a mix of ages and families. Pretty Dirty Streets but brand new parks and just re did roads. Right next to stores easily walkable."

"It’s very welcoming community, is the city, so you’re going to find that trash bins in your alleyway sometimes, however, the sense of family in the community is strong. Parents play with their kids in the park, people will gather for outdoor activities, jog, play with their dogs. For me, it’s a perfect blend. Just outside the mischief, but close enough when you need it."
