"Duncanville is diverse and friendly. Relative to other Dallas suburbs we are considered low income. I don’t necessarily see that as a negative though it would be nice to have more money to improve our parks and natural areas. We have lived here 25 years and love our neighborhood and church."

"It’s good some people make it bad but I think that’s in the past ... things change us 90’s baby’s want better for our kids and it’s mostly us buying houses now and we want better even if we where bad at some point ...I’ve lived in some of the bad parts of in Dallas born and raised Dallas TX baby but Duncanville is made out of champions just look at our high school top notch in sports idk about academics but they are beast in sports "

"I lived there with a friend a few years ago. It's quiet and safe and as i have school age children and babysit grandchildren on the weekends i feel it's a safe neighborhood for them and close their favorite park with fishing."
