Excellent school for special education. The principal Ms Brizcky is a great leader.

I have a son in attendance at this school and they have been nothing but helpful and supportive of him. He has an IEP, needs special education, OT and speech, plus he attends ABA Therapy in the afternoon which the school has allowed a special schedule for him to attend. He also requires some extra help with bathroom needs as he was born with a form of spina bifida, which the school had accommodated and taken care of for us since he was 4 years old. There is one special education teacher in particular that we love and supports our son with care. We would definitely recommend this school for special education but also for any other child.

This school has a lot of double standards for different students.

The principle and teachers allow students to be bullied there is nothing in place to keep your child safe, they do not call parents they lie to the police we send there isn't one protecting your child! Students have dropped out of this school because of it, they cover their teachers that put hands on the students, I do not recommend this school at all!

A teacher threw my sisters notebook at the walk because she was drawing in class. My sister, a generally well behaved child, saw a kid on freetime during ELA, decides to draw and then had a teacher take her notebook and throw it AGENST A WALL. I understand how some of these students can be but that is way to extreme and aggressive. Multiple students saw this and can testify. Also, he (in mh opinion) bullied my friend. They are autistic and had meny triggers, which they communicated to him. He then goes out of his way to tease them using those triggers, I also remember him calling them stupid. They are homeschooled now because of him and bullies. Over all, bad experience with him. There are other amazing teachers here, though.But the support here for regular teachers isn't that great. The social worker is amazing but if you have mental disorders but aren't in the Special Education class, you dont get accommodations you need. Not even with official diagnosis. I barely learnt anything in my 6th abd 7th grade of school because of some of these teachers. I couldn't focus in class and didn't have anything to help me. I felt miserable here when I was a student. I hope everyone working there the best but goodness some of them were horrible.

The personalized care shown to all the students is exceptional. It is a caring, loving environment that focuses on preparing our children for continued education after 8th grade. We have 3 children, 4K , 3rd and 6th grade and they are happy going to school and anxious to discuss what they have learned.
