Read what parents are saying about Whittier Elementary SchoolThis is my son’s first year at Whittier and I have really seen him thrive compared to where he spent his kindergarten year. I absolutely love the staff and his teacher. My 5 year old will be starting at Whittier for kindergarten next near and couldn’t be more pleased. This is hands down the best school in the area by far! On the first day of school when I picked my son up he said “mom there’s like absolutely NO bullies at this school!” and I was SO thankful to hear him say that. I recommend this school to everyone.
Posted by a parent on 4/20/2023My kids have been attending Whittier since 2010. I’ve never met such wonderful teachers. The staff is amazing and for someone who has a child with severe ADHD, they have been so very supportive. The school counselor is one of the sweetest people I’ve ever met. The speech teacher is also wonderful. I can’t really say anything bad about that school! We love Whittier!
Posted by a parent on 6/7/2021Some of the staff is above exceptional!! Then, there's some that are below standard which to me is concerning. Mr. Wentworth is a great principle! I love the uniform I think it helps the children concentrate on learning and not on what another is wearing.
Posted by a parent on 4/8/2020Whittier is a really wonderful school. There is high parent involvement and the staff loves their jobs, and that shows up in how well they treat the kids. Also, having the entire school wear uniforms is great. It makes things easier.

8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageTerrible my son has been attending three years with this one. I feel alone with the lack of consistency with helping my child grow as an individual. The principal has twice not followed through with plans put in place to better my child's education, self respect and attitude towards himself and others. She knew the importance of following through with the plan put in place by the assistant superintendent to help my child succeed as a student and yet she instead dropped it saying she thought it expired.Parent Review6y ago - Hawthorne Elementary School

6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageAs a parent, my experience with Jackson Elementary School has been exceptionally positive. From the moment my son entered the school, he was greeted with a warm and nurturing environment. The teachers and staff are dedicated and go above and beyond to ensure the success and well-being of every student. The curriculum is well-designed, offering a diverse range of subjects and extracurricular activities. The sense of community at Jackson Elementary School is strong, and I am impressed by the involvement of parents and the inclusive atmosphere. I made the right choice by enrolling my son in Jackson Elementary School.Parent Review7mo ago - Everett Christian School

N/AGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageEverett Christian School has provided our children a wonderful Christ-centered education by teachers who truly care about our kids...and at an affordable cost. I recommend ECS to any families who want their children taught in a Christian environment during their most formative learning years(K-8). As our kids transitioned to public high school, we found them far ahead of their peers academically and they had a strong faith that carried them through the high school years and into college. I believe Everett Christian School(ECS) is the best educational value in Snohomish County. Go ECS!Parent Review10y ago - Calvary Christian Academy

N/AGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWe have been members of this school family for eight years and I’m so thankful that we chose to send our children to ICOLPH. When we decided to come to this school, we chose it not only for the rigorous education our children would receive, but also because their hearts would be nurtured at the same time. We place a tremendous value on the sense of community this school instills—parental involvement is a huge aspect, and all of the kids (PK-8) know one another by name. In the midst of these unprecedented times, I’m particularly glad we are at ICOLPH. The school’s commitment to our children, and us as parents, has never been more evident—from their quick pivot to immediate and robust distanced education, to their transparency and depth of communication, this school is top notch.Parent Review3y ago
