I think the old principal was more involved.
Posted by a parent on 4/18/2017My daughter moved to this school mid year 1st grade and went from struggling to read simple sentences to reading fluently over night ! She was also given a warm welcome and felt very accepted coming in mid year! Now in second grade she is happy and getting very good grades !
Posted by a parent on 3/13/2017I hate even giving this school 1 star. WORST SCHOOL EVER. My child went from loving school to hating school. Teachers are awful! school takes no accountability for anything. Thank goodness my child is out of this nasty school and district. Do not recommend at all.
Posted by a community member on 5/26/2015My kids and I love this school. My kids have gone since kindergarten and I will be sending them back again this year. I love the teachers and the principle. They don't have all the money but with the great community, staff and patents help we make it work.

My daughter got a failing grade for the first time in her life this year because her teacher forgot to record her assignments. After

4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating Averagethis school is pretty good its good for learning but not safety today my mom went to pick my brother up from kindergarten and when we got there he was not there my mom went to the office and they said he had gone walking and he is a 4yr old he does not know where our home is at my mom was very scared and then we found him with a pre-k teacher and my mom was wondering where was his teacher at ur child could get lost we saw that a little girl also from the same grade and teacher was missing i am not sure if she was found THIS IS NOT A SAFE SCHOOLParent Review3y ago - Philo T. I have done my fair share of research, and the research shows this school as a failing school. I am convinced it is not the school but the parent involvement, We need parents to step up to make this school become an A+ school. I have joined the PTA and I am going to try and get parents more involved in their kids schooling, after all we as parents need to help our kids all we can... so come on parents STEP UP!
