South Kearns School

I've had a very ruff and exhausting time with this school. Staff was very rude. My child was not accelerating at all. And than when it came to grades, he was failing everything and I was never told until parent teacher conference. Never got a heads up or make up work, or a note. Never did he have homework. Teachers were very stand off-ish. They never check or respond to emails. As soon as I took my childern out of that school they have now excelled and are doing great. I would never recommend this school to my worst enemy. Its hard when In this area this is what your offered.

I have had really good luck and been blessed for having the teachers that we have had. My boys both have adhd and one has adhd with bipolar and has struggled socially in school. He does always feel like he is bullied but teachers will not respond and blame it on the kid that is feeling that way instead of investigating the issue. The new principal this year does not respect the parents or care about what kids go through in their personal life especially. She is very rude and not friendly. She dandrews@lifetimefitness.com respect from the kids at school which is OK, but kids show respect for other based on what they see at home, and if the parents can't respect her for the way she treats kids or responds to the kids parents then the kids will not show her respect that she demands from them, because the parents will never respect her for the behavior she exhibits towards others. This principal so far has become the worst I have seen since my kids have started school. Hopefully she will change her behavior or they will get another principal that truly cares about the kids in there school.
