Cedar Valley High School has become a symbol of systemic discrimination, with Ms. Minor and her staff perpetuating a culture of racism, sexism, and exclusion. Students from diverse backgrounds have repeatedly voiced concerns about unfair treatment, ranging from biased disciplinary actions to dismissive attitudes toward their achievements. The administration's lack of accountability has fostered an environment where prejudice thrives unchecked, leaving many students feeling marginalized and unsupported. CHANGE THE PRINCIPAL.

This school has been a struggle for my kids and I. Unfortunately a majority of the staff are rude, unsupportive, talk to the kids ugly and have an obvious I do not care or want to be her attitude. There are quite a few fights and the security measures in place are little to none. If I could do it again I would not have had my children attend this school.

The office staff at this school is rude at first I thought it was just the parents but as my children have continued to go here year after year, I realize that it’s not just the parents the office staff is rude. You can ask a simple questions and they give an attitude. I believe the schools office staff is a School’s first impression, and we’ve experienced the same thing 3 years now. We will not be sending our kids back to this school.

This school is not Military friendly. I would not recommend this school.

Rezoned into this dump. The teachers refuse to work with students and the principal doesn't care. Trimmer was amazing, avoid this place at all costs.

Fantastic school, wonderful and caring staff, and the best private school in the area!

When my child was here a few years back the teachers and teachers from other classes were building a packet against my child. The child wasn’t doing anything wrong at all, just being a normal child and on top of it all, turns out the school wasn’t academically challenging enough for my child. The principal and assistant principal were no help. The guidance counselor either and they had the audacity to say they don’t have enough military kids to have an MFLC on school grounds. That blew my mind when fort hood IS the heart of killeen. They wanted to send a 1st grader to alternative school (WTH!!!!) I don’t recommend if you’re a military family with children who are brighter than the teachers themselves.
