My sister encounter with some nasty attitude with a staff that didn’t have her Badge ID so she couldn’t get her name. My sister went nicely to pick up her sister and in return she got an ugly attitude which that needs to be fixed before someone checks her if she’s having a bad day it doesn’t mean she has to take it out on someone Just bitter person that she was. I don’t appreciate this at all.
