Read what parents are saying about Louise Wolff Kahn Elementary SchoolI went to this school and I had the best education, the teachers would even help students that were struggling, and all the teachers and staff]s were nice people.
Posted by a community member on 3/28/2023First of all i only have one good thing to say about this school and its that Ms. Williams is the only GREAT teacher their. My daughter is only in the first grade and unfortunately she has to repeat the grade. Due to she was always bullied and could not focus in school. Her teacher did nothing about it! So I took the problem over to the principle but did nothing as well. My daughter would ask to participate in activities and was never allowed. She would sit alone next to the cubbies and restroom. Tutoring was mandatory for her as I was told in my first meeting with the teacher and adviser to prevent my slaughter from failing in school and to prepare for upcoming test. But the teacher always cancelled on us. Come to find out that she was just cancelling on my daughter only and other student were allowed to attend. This school needs to be closed down. Went to several meeting and always heard bad language coming from workers at the school and the principles. Very bad and unprofessional. I advised that any parents do not send you child/children to this school! I would rate rate this school a biz fat zero if I could!

Posted by a parent on 6/6/2014THE WORST Elementary School in Dallas! If you ask me what that school needs is to fire almost every employee and start again!

6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageAdministration will not back the teachers. They will always care about the kids’ “feelings” more than they will care about what is good for them. Tavallaee also is a two-faced principal who will turn her back on you after acting like she cares about your well-being. Administration threw me under the bus so many times and did not care about what I did for them (Started a Debate Club and became a respectable name in that community). They also loved to hang an “irregularity” over my head and not allow me to test students after one mistake I made, showing a clear lack of trust and forgiveness after anyone makes one mistake. They also do not care about your outside life from the school. Admin shows no regard for maintaining a work-life balance and care more about what you can do after school for the students. DO NOT WORK HERE! Unless you don’t mind a dictatorial principal and not much leeway on what you can do, little to no teacher autonomy.Teacher Review10mo ago - Rosemont Lower - Chris V Semos Building

5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThe staff are extremely ill equipped, from the counselor to the principal. They don't communicate and they don't know their own policies beyond the attendance policy which is the only one they care about enforcing. We just moved to this area and will not be returning next year.Parent Review4mo ago - Stevens Park Elementary School

5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageTerrific! My daughter was attending school in a topknot district in Texas. When we moved to be closer to my work, I was a bit nervous about sending her here! All that changed, her 4th grade teachers are better than the best! They worked hard helping her build more confidence in herself to go beyond and reach her potentials in learning! She has always struggled in mathematics, but went up in it! Her math teacher helped her and would not take anything less! Her teacher that taught her science and reading, she was always eager to learn, because her teacher nurtured her love for those two subjects! The same with her writing and social studies teacher! My daughter loves to write and her teacher encouraged it, while we renforced it at home!! They did an excellent job as her teachers, while we did our job as parents in communicating with them, and back up what she was learning in her classes!!Parent Review6y ago - Winnetka Elementary School
