I am a student who will write a unbiased review full if the truth. And due to my old school teaching me enough knowledge I am able to withstand and uphold my knowledge from converting into a primitive mind that this school seem to draw.FOOD.Food is bland. And when they do bring some good food for us they can't afford UT ever again even if we ask then to bring it back.RESOURCES.Text books and laptops. The laptop models aren't incredible or good by the way.(Couldn't find a good way to say that)TEACHERSTeachers are disrespectful and dont try to understand students from their perspective. They lie to ilie parents during a phone call and exagerate the truth by 10x. And They fired most of the good teachers for some reason. They were the only ones who made us engaged too.. :( FACILITIESClassrooms aren't cleaned thoroughly enough or aren't tried to be clean at alk and this includes the halls ways and yes the bathrooms are included.RECESSLimited activities. Please add a playgrounds for the kids of a higher age.ACADEMICSNot interactive of engaging.STUDENTSAll the students are often disengaged and are unresponsive to the teachers and are usually disrespectful also.GYMDue to the school in the past, whuch use to be a church they converted the nave and the parts along aside it into the gym and the corners of it into the teachers desk and the back part of it which the pastor would stand into a storage a area.YARDIt has many ant hills and dying grass. And also holes.SAFETYCorners are the safe test spots.ACADEMICSWe are a years worth of work behind and last year we were still a years worth of work behind and currently they are cramming a years worth of information into us without caring about the stress it puts on the students which does puts quite the amount of pressure and stress upon us. And due to us being a years worth of work behind, whether if we passes or failed the star they met us pass meaning their are kids of a undergrads level intelligence mixed in which students if a common grade level of intelligence ANF due to them teachers thick that all the kids must be at the same level and give us easy work which does not help us. And the academics are in interactive a f unengaging

The principal is unfair and mean. She despises any woman that is petite in stature and attractive. It does not matter if you are a good teacher, if she does not like you she will terminate you. If you are not a snitch she will terminate you.

My kindergartener attends Henderson. We love the small class size (13 kids in his class!) and his teacher, Ms. A! He does qualify for special needs, so gets services at school. As I’m sure with any school, that does take some work to go through and you have to be willing to advocate for your child. I would like to see more engagement from school leadership, and parent opportunities (though I’m sure some of the reason that has been lacking is because of covid).
