Inclusive community, the Spanish immersion program is great!
Posted by a parent on 9/16/2024The teachers are good but the schools handling of covid is poor. A lot of illness in students and teachers. A whole grade level had to be kept home at one point. When covid first came out they did good but now they and their school board seem to take it less seriously.

Teachers prepare students for these test throughout the year; therefore the objectives tested are not challenging and is the same for all schools in the district. The assignments that are brought home helps to gauge what is being taught an
Posted by a parent on 12/19/2019I am very grateful for all Meadow Creek staff. All my experiences with the teachers and other staff have been pleasant. You can tell teachers and staff really care about all their students. My oldest daughter has been at MC since PK , that's 8 years of wonderful experiences. It is an amazing school!

My son speaks english as his second language, but he has been given endless support from teachers throughout the years. They are all very encouraging and accommodating, and he never felt judged for being different. The school is very safe and I have never had any concerns that made me uncomfortable or hesitant from sending my son to school. 7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI have two children who have been at shady Brook since basically the start of their education (and a third who will attend in a few short years) and I can say that shady Brook is an amazing school, the teachers and faculty go above and beyond and I know my students are genuinely loved and cared for! My oldest is leaving for junior high next year but I am so glad I continue to get to be a Shetland with my youngest kids for a few more years.
