To Whom It May Concern,I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the unacceptable conditions and practices I encountered while employed at lambs and ivy located at west Memphis TN During my time working at this facility, I experienced multiple concerns that I believe jeopardize the well-being of both staff and students.There is a significant pest problem within the school, including the presence of both roaches and mice. These unsanitary conditions pose a serious health risk to the children and staff and are entirely unacceptable for an educational environment.I brought these issues, along with others, to the attention of Shelby county schools and Anderson, the individual in charge, on several occasions. However, no steps were taken to address them, despite the severity of the problems.The staff is consistently out of ratio, which means that there are often not enough teachers to properly supervise the students, putting their safety at risk. Additionally, I was compensated under the table, a practice that raises serious legal and ethical concerns.Children with special needs are frequently neglected and not given the appropriate care or attention they require. This is especially troubling, as these students rely on specialized support to thrive.The school lacks basic teaching tools necessary to deliver quality education. Furthermore, the absence of a kindergarten teacher further exacerbates the problems in delivering appropriate education to the students.The culmination of these issues creates an unsafe and unethical environment for both employees and students. I urge you to take immediate action to investigate these matters and hold the school accountable for its poor practices.Please feel free to contact me for any additional information or clarification. We had plans on attending a different school, after unforeseen circumstances we found Heritage Baptist. We are so blessed for the way things happened and the opportunity to be a part of this wonder school! The entire faculty and staff pour so much love into every student. The academics, social, and emotional growth we’ve seen has exceeded our expectations. The foundation for phonics, numbers sense, and a love for Christ couldn’t be better.

RUN! Do not just walk away from this place. Don’t lock yourself into a contract. As soon as the dog and pony show that you get on the tour is over, you will see who some of these people really are.We moved our kids from public school believing it would be worth the investment to give them what we thought would be a Christian education. We deeply regret that decision.Bullying was a significant issue for our family, and based on what we observed, it was worse than what we saw in public school. It felt like the administration tried as hard as they could to try and sweep it under the rug until it got undeniable.Academically, the experience has been extremely disappointing. We are now seriously considering hiring tutors over the summer just to help them catch back up.We paid the tuition, but would not recommend this school, even with a voucher.

My experience at St.Francis was absolutely amazing everyone is really welcoming no matter the race they are all super sweet, every teacher in that school is amazing they all care about you and listen to you. St. Francis of Assisi is also a very safe place and everyone is treated equally.They care about your well being and ever teacher and faculty always have a smile on there face. They make you feel interested in learning and also make you excited to get up in the morning yes there are strict teachers but later on you realize they were just trying to help you at the moment you don’t realize it until later.I personally LOVE SFA

This school has one of the most negative environments I had seen. Parents were never involved. Teachers were always in a crappy mood. They are unorganized. Kids were constantly punished and it was the same kids sitting a lone in class or at lunch. How is a kid supposed to have better behavior when you keep punishing him instead of helping him? I remember what was supposed to be a field day was such a joke. One game was played and all they did was sit on the grass. So glad my kids was able to leave. Unfortunately, until now, they're school traffic at pick-up in the afternoons is a mess. I remember the principal was a parent at another mscs school and was on the PTA. Which she would have given the same effort as a principal.

Wonderful school and the location is great! Very safe. They met all our expectations and with helping out special needs children. The teachers are very respectful as well, I never have had an issue. I attended here myself when I was younger for about two years. Would recommend to other parents.

By far the WORSE school ever! One of the students were sexually assaulted and the school didn’t notify any parents, we found out via News channel. The teachers barely monitor kids and they have ZERO organization, they never know where the kids are.
