I have 4th and 1st grader and I volunteer on our Home and School Association. We are very lucky to have such a wonderful school here in the Northeast! Our principal, vice principal, teachers, and staff are wonderful with the students.
Posted by a parent on 3/2/2020This school is really nice and I barely was bullied in this school. I love the teachers. My 2 personal favorite teachers are Ms. Sanchez and Mr. Berkenstock.

How am I supposed to help her with her homework if they don't give the students textbook? I was like maybe, they will give textbooks next year, no they don't and she is in the four

The principle works so hard to make sure all of the children are not in an environment where they would feel intimidated or bullied. Everyone works so hard to push for alternative ways to make learning fun for students

4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThe students here are horrible, my friend got her $30 volleyball roofed and the Climate Manager said he would get it on Monday (mind you, this incident happened on Friday so using common sense, would the ball not have fallen off by then?) The Climate Manager then offered her a ball from five below. They have less than 1 month of school left. I am appalled and have not seen anything like this. NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI have some good memories of ILS, such as field days at Burholme Park, field trips, Christmas pageants, and the friends and teachers I bonded with. The fact that I was harshly mistreated by my own teachers, the people I looked up to, is unacceptable, and the fact that the principal ignored or rejected my pleas for help is just evil. If you had a great experience at ILS, I’m really happy for you, but this school was practically a living hell for me. NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI graduated from Presentation 4 years ago. From my experience I could not ask for a better elementary school. I attended Presentation from Preschool through 8th grade. I was able to excel in high school because of how well I was prepared from the education I received from Presentation. It's a very diverse school and gives each student the opportunity to succeed. I'm in college now and looking back on my experience, I am grateful for everything I learned and from the unconditional support I received from my teachers.
