6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI went here for my whole life and my family too, this school is absolutely horrible they always have physical fights and have a lot of arguments with the students and a lot of students have gotten hurt. Mostly all students use racial slurs when speaking. There is also lots of bugs, for example, cockroaches, spiders, centipedes, and etc. They also don’t clean the restrooms very well and not all female students have access to the proper products they need. A lot of students go through a hard time here like getting cyber bullied or getting into fights that then get posted online. Teachers don’t listen when students get hurt. Mrs. Careddu is wonderful and effective as principal.The one downside is the PTA which could be more inclusive. 60+ percent of the student body is Asian but there are never any fundraising activities at Asian places and the PTA board members are very rude to Asian parents even when you're trying to volunteer. 8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI get it, it appears in the surface Kingsbury is not equipped to handle kids with special needs, but they are effectively trying. I can also say certain Kingsbury staff radiate genuine warmth and understanding in supporting the children, especially those with special needs. It’s interesting to see how some parents seem to forget that genuine care doesn't come with a checklist of social status. After all, a little humility could go a long way....pomp and pretense can’t hold a candle to the love and effort being poured into our kids’ futures.
