I graduated from PS 134 in 1951. I attended for the entire elementary period along with many others who lived in the area at that time. We loved and respected our teachers and each other. Most of us went on through high school and college and productive careers. I graduated from Brooklyn Tech then Hofstra college, did a career in the US Army then and additional career with a major midwest university. In May this year I will reunion with 3 old pals of that era. We have been in contact since that time and frequently talk about our PS 134 experience. I attribute my success in life to my teachers and especially to our principal, Marie Fowler Rielly! (sp)

I am an old student of Incarnation Catholic Acadamy. I went to this school since nursery till 5th grade. I am currently in 7th and I would just like to say that you would be better off sending your kid to public school. This school you have to pay for is NOT worth what your paying for. I never really liked this school because the teachers were always rude to me even though I was a good student. I always felt confused because I felt that I never really understood these lessons I now know why. This school does NOT teach you correctly. I remember I always used to cry because I was getting poor graes in math because I didn't understand . The teachers don't teach you properly. When I started my first day of public school I realized that I did know how to do the math but the teachers werent teaching right. I would advise you to send your kid to public school before you ruin there child hood and I am not being crazy im serious Public schools give you more than this school will. This school even cut off field trips and recess.

I forgot to add there was so much racism in that environment!! Awful school!!!

This school has declined in quality each year. Upon closer observation, it appears that the administration prioritizes appearance and image over genuine educational outcomes. The school is noticeably understaffed, which seems to stem from issues within the administrative office and its management practices.There are also concerning patterns of favoritism among some teachers, who appear to offer support selectively rather than equitably. Overall, the institution seems to place excessive value on materialistic aspects rather than focusing on academic integrity, student well-being, or meaningful development.
