I just read my past review of this school from July 2015. To be honest after everything I have heard about the school now I came to the conclusion that students and some parents are placing the blame on the teachers because they do not want to admit to themselves their child is 90% of the problem. The teachers are incredibly lazy and behave atrociously in class. The students are some of the most disrespectful, badly behaved people I have ever encountered. This school does nothing

Posted by a parent on 7/22/2015One of the worst high schools in Manhattan. The security is bad, education is way behind than - everything that my daughter has learned in middle school my son is learning in his second year. It's absolutely horrible. I'm in the process of transferring my son.

They do absolutely nothing to keep the children safe in this school and there is a lot of bullying going on. They don't call or follow up with you unless your child tells you there was an issue at the school, and you report it. If you are thinking about having your child attend a school in Manhattan, where you think they are safe and learning anything I promise you this is not the school for them.
