My twins attended this school from approximately 2010 to 2016. The children were prepared for middle school in a nurturing environment. I feel blessed that we were part of this community.

Posted by a community member on 9/3/2016I am a volunteer teacher at this school teaching literature to third graders. This is an enrichment program available to the students. The school seems impressive to me though the principal seems to have a short temper.

Did not receive any proper instructions in K and 1st grade, school was all play time, no work, inexperienced teachers. 6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThe principle and school safety are a nightmare. District 2 leaders are no better. They do absolutely nothing to keep the children safe in this school and there is a lot of bullying going on. They don't call or follow up with you unless your child tells you there was an issue at the school, and you report it. If you are thinking about having your child attend a school in Manhattan, where you think they are safe and learning anything I promise you this is not the school for them.
