Unfortunately things have gone downhill a bit in the last couple years. Some of the best teachers have left, some of the current teachers really not up to par. Complaints to school administration are met with tepid responses. Their wonderful parent coordinator passed away last year and that leaves a gap that simply cannot be repaired, she was the glue holding many things together. Mostly white teachers with mostly BIPOC students. I would think twice about sending a neurodiverse student here too. They will continue to score well on exams because they teach aggressively for that but my kids experience of school this tear has been a disappointment. Counseling and psychology are good but not good enough to make up for the very low emotional intelligence of some of the teachers.

Bad school and the administration removing posts doesn’t make the school better. You know how bad it is if you keep removing posts. DOE finally knows it too !

most teachers are great, the younger teachers are the best teachers honestly, good environment and everybody knows eachother, like all the high schoolers and middle schoolers all know each other regardless of their grade the kids here are very easy to befriend. Islam is taught very well but the one problem will be that the kids here as of now aren't the best and they do bad things and i'd say its just what this generation has become, the kids here are no better then public school and this is coming from a person who has went to public school for 10 years.
